Item Issue or Order Problem

If you don't receive your order
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours. We'll ask for supporting details to verify, and then arrange a replacement or refund.

Refused Shipments
If a package is refused and returned, the refund will be processed after it arrives back and passes inspection. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
